Welcome to Your Telehealth Appointment Guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’re committed to offering you convenient and effective healthcare solutions through our telehealth services. Accessing your telehealth appointment via the Vail Health patient portal ensures you receive the care you need, wherever you are.

Shaw Cancer Center uses the Doxy.me \u00ae to provide a web-based platform that offers patients direct access to their providers via Telehealth.  For insurance questions, please check contracted insurance providers.

Joining your Telehealth visit:

1. Patients will receive an email invitation and\/or a text message with the details of your appointment.

2. A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, click on the link sent to you, and you will be connected to the Doxy.me website.

3. If you do not have the link at the time of your appointment, go to VailHealth.doxy.me<\/a>  and select your doctor from the drop-down menu, enter your provider\u2019s room, and enter your name to check-in.

Telehealth visits are available for your healthcare needs when appropriate. Telehealth visits are billed to patients\u2019 insurance like any other office visit and are covered by all insurers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Co-pays and deductibles may apply, patients should consult their specific insurance plan.
