Providers: How to Refer a Patient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a doctor or other medical provider who would like to refer a patient to Shaw Cancer Center, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Call Shaw Cancer Center at (970) 569-7429 <\/strong>
    Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    Calls after hours will be sent to an automated system <\/li>\n\n\n\n
