What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
As an Inventory Specialist, you\u2019ll be a key part of our Supply Chain team. Your day-to-day work helps clinical teams focus on patient care by making sure supplies and equipment are accurate, available, and ready when needed.<\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Maintain accurate inventory levels\u00a0through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies\u2014updating systems as needed.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Respond to supply and equipment requests\u2014both routine and urgent\u2014with prompt, professional service.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report any issues.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Help manage bi-annual physical inventories\u00a0and assist with reporting for supply tracking.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout daily operations.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:\u00a01 year of experience in healthcare, supply chain, or materials management.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
