Learn more about Vail Health <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vailhealth.org\/about\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"h\"><strong>About the opportunity:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"h\">Perform general maintenance activities throughout all Vail Health\u2019s facilities to aid in creating a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff. Responsible for all building service systems, including life safety systems and preventive maintenance.<\/div>\n<div class=\"h\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"h\"><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Performs corrective and preventative work on buildings and grounds.<\/li>\n<li>Uses a work order system to track and maintain building work requests.<\/li>\n<li>Performs moderately complex pluming, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and electrical tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with basic HVAC and building automation functions.<\/li>\n<li>Moves equipment, furniture, and facilities supplies in-between properties.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and operates the fire suppression and detection systems.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with generator test on off hours.<\/li>\n<li>Preform life safety and environment of care rounds.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all safety protocols are followed in respective work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.
